Bonus eGift Cards or Promotional eGift Cards are special cards that are acquired in promotional offer. Please note, bonus eGift Cards have a varying expiration date depending on the offer. This will always be notated at the end of the eGift Card print out.

No, you do NOT need to activate your Gift Card/eGift Card. Bring it directly to the spa and use it for payment.

Gift Card/eGift Cards cannot be returned, refunded or reloaded.

Gift Cards/eGift Cards are valid year-round.

All Gift Cards/eGift Cards are valid for full or partial balance usage. Once used, remaining balance, if any, shall remain on card until the full value of the card is depleted.
